I truly love what I do. My passion for making wedding dreams come is driven by 30 years of experience and the joy I feel every single time I work with a couple. For me, it's about seeing the look in a father's eyes as he walks his daughter down the aisle, the first dance when it feels like there is no one else in the room but the bride and groom for that one moment, and the unique memories created for family and friends. Every heartfelt thank you message I receive at the end of a wedding and afterwards in the mail or online reminds me why working to make couples' wedding dreams come true is my calling and constant inspiration.
Welcome! I am the general manager at Frungillo Caterers and if you need information on our venues or services, I am happy to assist you. I am also the sales manager for our Inn at Millrace Pond and Loft at Jacks Barn venues. While you should speak to me if you are interested in those venues specifically, I can also give you information on any of our other venues, as well as help you with an event at a venue of your choice. I have worked with Frungillo Caterers for 10 years and have had the honor of being a part of many special moments… My job, and all of our jobs, here at Frungillo’s, is to help make your experience with us a great success!
I’d like to share my favorite wedding moment with you. I see our couples debate often about whether they should forego not seeing each other before the ceremony, or take photos before the ceremony (including a “first look” shot) and immediately join the cocktail hour. Well, I am a bit old fashioned… My favorite wedding moment was standing at the altar, watching my about to be wife walk down the aisle. Seeing her in that moment (and for the first time that day), I can’t tell you how beautiful she looked or how big my smile was! That moment has stayed me with forever…

Hello... if you are interested in our event services, I am here to assist you. I can give you general information on all of our venues and catering services, as well as direct you to the best person on our sales team to give specific information. I can also make you an appointment at any of our venues to meet a salesperson and tour the venue. If you have submitted an online request, I would be the one to review it and follow up with a phone call to you. Beyond my sales duties, I am also the executive assistant to our owners, Robert and Jerry Frungillo. I started out my career in the hospitality industry doing marketing at a hotel franchise company. Before working at Frungillo Caterers, I was a stay-at-home mom to my three boys for 16 years. Through my experiences In the year and a half since joining the Frungillo family, I have come to appreciate the amount of hard work and care that goes into planning a successful event.

I started with Frungillo Caterers back in May 2011 after finishing up my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Fashion Merchandising at LIM College. This is where I actually fell in love with Event Planning because I ended up doing my final semester at Studio3, LLC. in Chelsea, which was an Event Design and Production Company. Currently I work in Sales at Frungillo Caterers at most of our premiere venues, including Skylands Manor, Oakeside Mansion and the Villa in Mountain Lakes. I may even be found in the back offices helping out with the answering of phones and doing administrative work on upcoming client files. I am always looking for new challenges in life as well as in my career. I am currently looking to get certified as a Yoga/Pilates instructor and hope that this will help center my life both in the office and out in the world.
My name is Dara Feitell and I am the Event Coordinator at the Villa at Mountain Lakes. As the Event Coordinator, I plan menus, create floor plans, correlate decorations, enact timelines, and execute a myriad of details to ensure success. My personal and creative approach guarantees every client feels special and produces events that exceed expectations. I was born in Manhattan, but the Garden State, the well-deserved nickname of New Jersey, has been my home since the age of six. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Additionally, I studied abroad at the world renowned Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel in Switzerland.
