Saying Goodbye to 2022
2022 was full of new opportunities for Frungillo Hospitality Group. A few highlighted opportunities this year were servicing the LIV Golf tournament, the Far Hills Steeplechase, Master Sha’s Transformative Art, Monmouth University Gala, and the most rewarding of all, marrying one of our own.
Being the exclusive caterer for the first annual LIV Golf tournament in Bedminster, NJ was exciting and rewarding as our team conducted a new approach at golf. The event consisted of several club locations as well as pop-up convenience stores. Our team was responsible for the manufacturing and the production of all food and beverage sales for the tournament. As we transitioned into Fall, our attention turned to October 15, which was a special date in the company. The Far Hills Steeplechase is an annual event that we showcase as the exclusive caterer to the Chairmen’s Tent that lies at the finish of the racetrack. On the same day, we married our own, Michelle Frungillo. Michelle had a wedding to remember where we were able to witness happiness and hard work unfold into a magnificent night held at our exclusive venue, Skylands Manor. This month pressured our team, tested production, execution, efficiency, and management skills.
The winter months started with us being part of the event team for celebrity Dr. Sha. Our team worked in New York for a week where we were able to participate in an exclusive event. We stayed busy preparing for St. Vincent’s Academy annual Holiday dinner. We assisted in hosting an incredible evening for the young scholars at SVA to further grow their scholarship opportunity. The year ended for us with a marvelous event at Monmouth University in The Great Hall for their annual Holiday Gala.
